• Kelly served as the VP of Global Sales for True Religion Brand Jeans for nine years where she was pivotal in growing the business to $400 million and said to be the brand’s “most valuable asset”, according to Jeff Lubell (CEO and Founder).

• Kelly served as the EVP of Business Development for Elizabeth & James where she worked under Jill Collage (CEO of Dualstar) to build a strategy for growth by aligning with and managing key wholesale and retail partners overseas.

• Out of the desire to work with other brands in a more flexible capacity, Kelly launched her own consulting business where she has had the privledge of advising Jill Collage (The Row), Greg Chait (CEO The Elder Statesman), Marco Bizarri(former CEO of Bottega Veneta now CEO of Gucci), Philip Green (CEO of Arcadia Group: TOPSHOP), Roxanne Heptner (CEO WILT), Paige Mycoskie (CEO of Aviator Nation), Bonnie Brooks (Vice Chairman of Hudson Bay Company), Betsee Isenberg (Founder of 10Eleven showroom) as well as Current Elliot, AMO denim, Baldwin Denim, and Mara Hoffman.
